Parking
It will have a capacity of 36 parking spaces, which will be added to the entire plaza when needed for larger events.
The possibility of allocating two spots for food trucks will be considered based on the space requirements and growth.
Acoustic shell
This is a space where cultural events will take place for
the enjoyment of the entire community.
PASAC community center
A two – level building with a green roof. It will be divided into the
following areas:
- Medical clinic: General medical care, clinical analysis, X – rays, among
others. - Organic market: Using the harvest from the urban garden and products made in workshops within the multipurpose area, creating a circular economy for PASAC.
- PASAC coffee: A pet-friendly space where visitors can enjoy different varieties of organic coffee and the park’s panoramic view.
- PASAC offices: Where the visitor´s and park’s needs will be addressed, ensuring its operation and maintenance.
- Multi – purpose room: A calendar of workshops will be created for the community
of the area.
- Green roof with terrace.
Urban garden / Sustainable workshops
This is a space where fruit and vegetable cultivation will take place. These fruits and vegetables will be distributed among the most vulnerable families in the community. Workshops on urban agriculture will also be conducted in this space, with the goal of creating home – based urban gardens.
Hiking trail / Forest
A trail will be laid out, featuring a vegetated area for people to enjoy the view while exercising. Along this trail, there will be rest areas with benches, where information about individuals who have excelled in social participation and made a positive impact in the region will be displayed.
Mirador / Meditation center
At the top of the property, there will be a space for spiritual connection, aided by the wonderful view of the area, which encourages contemplation. The plan includes placing an Apostolate Cross.
This area will serve as a meditation space.
