  • Activate a sustainable green zone in the Sanchez Taboada neighborhood.
  • Implement about nature and environmental care through courses and workshops.
  • In this natural contact area, facilitate the activation of human qualities by reconnecting with the Earth, their body, senses, and spirit.
  • Generate a green area model that can be replicated in other parts of the city.

In light of the opportunity presented by the city of Tijuana for the development of inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable spaces, PASAC (Sustainable Agroforestry Park) emerges as a non-profit Civil Society Organization authorized for receiving donations.

  • Being an authorized CIVIL ASSOCIATION, we can issue Tax Deductible Receipts to companies and individuals who join the cause and request them.

The main objective of PASAC is to create, in collaboration with the community of Colonia Sánchez Taboada, a green area covering 10,000 square meters. This initiative aligns directly with Sustainable Development Goals 2, 3, 11, 15, and 17. The goal is to provide a space where people can utilize and benefit from ecosystem services derived from biodiversity and ecosystem functions.

According to a 2018 study conducted by Dr. Lina Ojeda Revah and Mtra. Yazmín Ochoa, both from the Colegio de la Frontera Norte, Tijuana, Baja California currently has approximately 2.7 square meters of green area per inhabitant. This number is extremely low for a city experiencing exponential growth and continuous immigration, which demands additional services daily.
